no activation code to connect to Mykaspersky

Hi 

I have been unable to connect to my new MyKAPERSKY account, ‘cause I lost my activation code , but I already used it to activate my licence. is it possible to use the licence number to connect to MyKaspersky account? can I use the licence number to retrieve my activation code. or is there another way.

• Logging into your MyKaspersky account can only be done with your email address.
• The MyKaspersky account email  address is the same email address used to log into your Kaspersky Community account.

1. When you try to login into the MyKaspersky account is there an error?
2. May we have an image of what you see please?
