No access with Kaspersky VPN to the content of Asian Crush website in USA / Code 598

I bought Kaspersky VPN to get access to the site of Asian Crush which is normally only for people who live in the USA while I live in The Netherlands. However, with VPN on I still get the message: You do not have permission to access this video / Code 598. So the VPN of Kaspersky does not unblock this website and is therefore useless for me.
Has anyone an idea how to watch the content of Asian Crush in the USA  from The Netherlands?

1. Have all Kaspersky USA servers been tried?
2. Have all supported browsers, been tried? 

• We’re on the other side of the world, to USA & NL, with VPN on & set to USA, we had no trouble with the site

Dear Flood family,

I did not notice the possibility to choose a server on my own. Because of your message I saw that option and chose USA-Central (VS-Centraal) and it works immediately!
