I had a nightmare during the Kaspersky installation on a Windows 7 laptop. After entering the activation code, the "add" button was not visible. I changed the screen resolution several times, but that didn't help. Finally, I changed the view to "Portrait" and by moving the application up and down and left and right I was able to complete the installation. It was a nightmare.
