Nexway fraudulent payments

My subscription was for years been taken care by 2Checkout and had no problems.
I tried updating my subscription and for the first time I'm only being allowed to pay Nexway.
I updated and paid the subscription, and haven't received a single confirmation.

I think some kind of massive scam is going on with Kaspersky/Nexway and they
first charge the customer, then upon receiving the payment disappear. 

Zero customer support replies from Nexway.

All evidence available and I will be filing a report for 2Checkout/Nexway

I did contact support.
I have a screenshot from the customer support spokesperson who admits that

"It is up to Nexway to decide whether or not to deliver the paid product"

I would like to help other people who are being charged without ever receiving the product.
Nexway commits fraud, and it's a shame Kaspersky is now partners with them.

The public has to know that when paying Nexway, it is up to them to decide product delivery or not.
This won't be tolerated.

It's ok, I'm only trying to help other folks not to fall victims of Nexway, who will deliberately delay and doubt your payments just because they can.

Nexway is hurting Kaspersky's customer base. 

The community needs to know to avoid this entity at all costs if they want to use Kaspersky products.

Money transfers via SEPA instant payments are indeed categorised by banks as transfers that are completed within seconds, but this requires the same infrastructure and management system on the part of the recipient.

 

Transfers are instantaneous, provided that they are processed between banks. In the specific case of the purchase of a product in an online store (Nexway), there may be an additional time for processing the data to ensure validity and verification, in case of existing deficiencies in the order, as in the present order with your details.

 

The time required for each order varies, depending on the case. For your personal purchase, we can confirm that it was processed within 25 hours, and your protection is valid and active until 20.06.2026.
