My subscription was for years been taken care by 2Checkout and had no problems.
I tried updating my subscription and for the first time I'm only being allowed to pay Nexway.
I updated and paid the subscription, and haven't received a single confirmation.

I think some kind of massive scam is going on with Kaspersky/Nexway and they
first charge the customer, then upon receiving the payment disappear. 

Zero customer support replies from Nexway.

All evidence available and I will be filing a report for 2Checkout/Nexway

I did contact support.
I have a screenshot from the customer support spokesperson who admits that


"It is up to Nexway to decide whether or not to deliver the paid product"


I would like to help other people who are being charged without ever receiving the product.
Nexway commits fraud, and it's a shame Kaspersky is now partners with them.

The public has to know that when paying Nexway, it is up to them to decide product delivery or not.
This won't be tolerated.
