I keep on getting notifications from a site newfile.club.com. Despite several full scans, and no threats suggested from the scan, I am still receiving notifications from the site. How can i get rid of this annoyance/ Thanks

Hi, Please upload the necessary information so that we can help you (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, OS and servicepack installed, upload your getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version of it, etc ...). To generate the getsysteminfo (gsi) check this link: https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/common/diagnostics/3632#block7 Getsysteminfo (GSI) direct download: http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/ConsumerUtilities/GetSystemInfo6.2.zip In addition to attaching the gsi file, it is advisable to send the URL link of the Web that is generated with the report, to facilitate the work.
In Kaspersky Settings > Additional > Threats and exclusions > Detection types > enable Detect Other Software. and do a databases update > reboot, then do a scan. Clear the contents of your Temp folder, instructions: http://support.kaspersky.com/1161 and then reboot. After that, uninstall any recently installed junk > reboot. After that, uninstall any and all junk toolbars > reboot. Uninstall/disable any and all junk browser add-ons and extensions and plugins in all of your browsers. Remove the junk argument from the target field of the browser shortcut properties. Remove any and all junk search providers in all of your browsers. Then if need be, change your home page, in all of your browsers. How to clean up your browsers: http://support.kaspersky.com/us/viruses/solutions/10319 Any better after that?
Download AdwCleaner: https://toolslib.net/downloads/finish/1/r and save it on your Desktop. Right click the file that you saved and Run as administrator, press the Scan button and wait for the scan to complete. When the scan is complete, the report will be saved in the following location: C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[R0].Txt Please attach AdwCleaner[R0].Txt to your next post. Regards
