new windows no subscription

Good morning, I have a problem, I had to reinstall Windows and reload it. After installing KTS, I do not have a subscription, in my kasperski it is visible as active, but when I enter the code in the laptop in the program, I have information that it cannot be activated. I wanted to add a new device and downloaded a new installation that popped up in the window but it does nothing.
