I'm having difficulties just using/checking the Forum!

Is there a Knowledgebase for doing so? I'm English, 76yo & not really web savvy.

Only signed up 2hours ago after using Free Avast for ages. (It was not for me) But I've had to change my password just after signing up! 180days it said & I need a new one. But I only started this morning: ) Not a good start? ; )
