Welcome!

• Unfortunately it's impossible for the Community to send anything, all of your information is private, only accessible by Kaspersky support teams & only after a formal request is logged - see point 4. below.

1. Try a different browser. 
2. Try with a browser in Incognito / Private mode. 
3. Create the MyKaspersky account manually - not using the email link - then log into MyKaspersky & check the Subscription tab -https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/portal/pages/licenses - to make sure the license is there? 
4. IF 1. 2. 3. above fail, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown - including (your) Kaspersky software; please include a detailed history.

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
