My second outlook account not connecting to server when kaspersky endpoint security is enable

Please try to fix my problem,

In my company we are using kaspersky endpoint security and all the users who are using 2 account in one outlook disconnected,We try our best to find solution.Then we disable kaspersky endpoint protection and it is working fine.It seems some thing is blocking to access 2 accounts.Please can you check what is the problem.I tried to disable one by one all features but still same issue.I cant continue by pausing kaspersy due to virus attack.Please send some solution.

Yes,Now it is working after checking the option.

Do not scan encrypted connection.
