My ping is too high while using vpn

Hello, I was started using Kaspersky VPN(premium) and my problem is while VPN on my ping is 150-300 in games. My download speed and upload speed are still good but ping is high.

A high ping is one of the disadvantages of a VPN.

The ping runs from your computer to the entry server of the VPN, then (over possible intermediate stations) to the exit server. From there to the destination and the same way back again.

So you have much more intermediate stations than with a direct connection.
