My PC was Hacked with .ndarod all kinds extension

Dear All, My Laptop id hacked by Some unsocial hacker asking 500 USD to decryption file. I am not sure if i paid him h will do. He convert all my personal files to .ndarod type all files. please advise if anybody have any news about .ndarod Rgerads Saqib Amin +966507419625
