Windows version- windows 10 pro , Version 20H2 OS build 19042.804

Kaspersky version -  Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391

Error popup -

Sometimes the windows start button becomes inresponsive and when i try to open certain apps like microsoft store or microsoft mail i get popup with title explorer.exe and message “ class not registered”. Also when i try to open any other app in desktop it keeps loading forever.

Note that this happens only when i connect to internet.

My Story -

Now you all might be thinking that this error is related to some windows 10 bug but let me tell u something more.

My medical history was stored in my PC. One day i started playing on this pirated server in minecraft and since then i feel my Pc was hacked and this error pop ups when i am using my PC.I think they hack my PC through internet because i dont get the error when i am using the PC offline or through different network.I am getting notification from reddit related to my medical history when i  started playing on that server again after months . Earlier i thought that maybe it was a windows bug but now i am sure its that server which successfully gains access to my pc without antivirus detecting it. I have deleted the Minecraft game and dont connect to that server and also i have reinstalled my Windows 10 . Still i get that error when using my internet. I feel someone is trying to gain access to my PC via my Internet .Also my two friends said that when they played on that pirated server they got a weird message on their WhatsApp automatically sent from one friend account to the other friend account.

Also one day i decided to do /sfc scan . It picked up some faulty files and fixed it . But still problem was there and when i did /sfc scan it did not detect the faulty files .After reinstalling the windows 10 and me getting the error /sfc scan picked up faulty files again .But the problem comes again.I have attached screenshot of it.

Another thing i noticed is that sometimes when i connect to microsoft website i am automatically logged in to it.I have changed passwords many times. Also i dont see any unrecognized logins.

What i did from my end -

All types of scan ( nothing detected on pc)

Changing Microsoft password 3-4 times.

Stopped connecting to that server

Reinstalled Windows 10
