  1. When the “payment failed ” was your bank account debited ?
  • Sadly, the Kaspersky Community cannot “ reimburse ” anything; the Kaspersky Community has no access to your private information; only Kaspersky Technical Support will be able to assist. 
  • Kindly carefully follow all steps in How to request a refund for a Kaspersky application.
  • Note: if the purchase was made from a non-Kaspersky site, other online merchant, you need to contact the merchant directly.

Can you please clarify , didn’t you obtain your license key ?
