My Outlook account name changes every time a certain email arrives. [Closed]

my name of outlook changes everytime i get an email of ‘creditagricole’. I don’t open it  but still it changes my accountname. 

When i go to settings, i can change it back but it comes back everytime.

Who can help?

Hey Sophie,

You can also save that email as a file and send to VirusLab for analysis: 

• Select the email with your mouse (do not open it)
• Go to menu File → Save as
• Upload the saved file at https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com/
• If the file is detected as safe you can send the file for further analysis using the Submit for analysis button on the scan result page

@FLOOD The emailadresse took my name again.

I think this time it is just outlook  but i’m not sure i’m just a rookie.

If i go to my settings it’s my name but another time the same name ‘creditagricole@ca.fr. was also in my setting on the computer

@Igor Kurzin Thanks for answering. i can not save it? this one had been opened.. i think by mistake. I can only archive- delete - move - flag - read as unopened - mark as spam.

@FLOOD I found this: i  look at outlook account (see printscreen in other reaction and it was my name. But then i looked at my microsoft account and there it was:

In a creditagricole@ ca.fr email, top right-hand corner, select 3 tiny dots …, from the drop-down list, select Save as
