My Kaspersky paid vpn doesnt work

I uninstalled and isntalled again still not working, it connects but when I try to browser any website it doesnt open anything, months passed and they havent fixed it

1. Operating system name? version? build?
2. KSC-VPN version?
3. Does the problem happen in every browser?
4. When the problem happens are there any errors? If “yes” please tell us the error(s) “detail(s)”?
5. Re: “they havent fixed it”, are you referring to Kaspersky Technical Support? If “yes”, what have they told you about the problem?
