my kaspersky internet security 2019 wont run [Closed]

I have a windows 8.1 installed on my pc and bcs kaspersky slows my laptop doen i had to use the exit option of application instead of pausing its protectiin but right now no matter how many times i restart my computer internet security wont run and my pc has erroes about prtoection in action center bcs kaapersky wont run any idea what should i do tnx

2. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled Kaspersky software?
3. You mention PC & Laptop, is there 1 or 2 devices that you need help with?
4. If "no", please do not do this, just tell us please and we'll provide directions.
5. Have you started Windows in safemode and see if Kaspersky software activates?
6. Can you share screen images of the errors please?
