Hello there! 

Is there anyone that could help me, please?! 

The problem is: 

I tried to change the password on my account. I generated it and saved in Kaspersky password manager. But, unfortunately, I forgot to check the old password, so now I can't type the current one, and then the new one, and finally confirm that that the password is changed. 

And, it wouldn't have been such a problem, if my email address hadn't already be blocked, because I had some issues there (a mess with passwords again!). 

So, now I cannot access My Kaspersky account email address, I have no idea what is my current password, I can't change it too, and finally, I can't access My Kaspersky account! 

BRAVO ME!!! 

Please, help me!

After that password disaster, how can We help You? 🤔

 

How about to create a new My Kaspersky Account to contact K. official support, and then explain to them that big password mess 😁

Many thanks for your kind reply! 

I had to create a new account in order to renew my Antivirus licence. There was also a problem with automatic activation. But, as soon as I did all that, I found my old password. Luckily, I had it written somewhere in the papers. Now, I am able to cancel the old subscription, and delete the old account.
