My .exe i compile keep getting blocked and deleted

Hello,
Im trying to compile some scripts that i wrote using the clang compiler and the .exe keeps getting blocked and deleted.
If i try to compile my program and using gcc compiler for c++ it works perfectly fine but clang get auto blocked and deleted
