My download stops

When I try to download files over the browser larger than 1 or 2 GB, the download process reaches around 30% and suddenly stops. I have tried with different browsers and the problem always appears. I know the problem is with the newest version of Kaspersky as with previous versions I did not have this problem and also when I close Kaspersky completely, I can download the whole file without any problems.

Also when I checked the application version of Kaspersky it said 21.1.15.500 (b) and there was an exclamation mark saying this version is not supported in the UK. But Kaspersky updated automatically so I don’t know how that is possible

I have exactly the same problem.

I'm using windows 11 with Kaspersky total security version: 21.3.10.391 (j)

I tried to uninstall Kaspersky and reinstall it. I didn't solve my problem.

The problem happens in various browsers (IE, Edge , Chrome) and also when i'm trying to download games from my XBOX app account in my PC. The download start and after a while stopped completely. I am able to download files only when i'm disabling Kaspersky protection completely.
