my data base is out of date and I am not able to generate generate ant response when I am using your tab on the bottom right of the screen.

2. Read: General recommendations for solving database update issues in Kaspersky applications. 
3. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/us/b2c/us#contacts  - on the support page, select Email, then fill in the template as shown in the image below; please include a *detailed history*.  Select (your) Kaspersky software from the drop-down-list (A). Support may request logs, data & traces
