My country not in regions [Merged]

I live in macao and when I made an account, macao wasn't an available region. I picked maybe the closest, Hong kong. Will I still be able to purchase kaspersky security cloud?

and add your license in your MyKaspersky account

I tried using a 30 day trial of security cloud but when I installed it, it says its not yet available in my region. I set my region as the closest place because my country wasnt on the list. I have contected technical support to change it to Macao, but im not sure if they can because when i signed up it didnt show as a region choice. Is there anything I can do?

@Berny I registered my account with the region hong kong as macao isnt an option and im using the trial version. I dont think I have secure connection enabled and I also used the global option.

I think you can try to install Kaspersky security connect, and using it to create a vpn from hongkong. after do that, Please try to active the product to see its behavior. You can use chinese to PM me the result.
