I live in the UK and have been using Kaspersky Total Security for several years. Before the expiration date, I bought an activation code on Amazon / as before / which I set on My Kaspersky. In the meantime, I traveled to Bosnia and Herzegovina. After the expiration date of the previously installed Kaspersky security, I tried activate with the newly purchased code. Unfortunately, I found out that the code is not usable in the BH region. Does anyone have a similar problem and a suggestion on how to solve the problem.
