[Mobile] Internet securityÇ problems with Karpersky protecion extension and no permission to total control [Closed]

I have problems with KARPERSKY protection... is not funtional for cell phones and theres a advice of an app hiding a pemission request fo total control... thesres a solution for these problems or not...

Please tell me:

1. Cell phone name and operating system version?
2. Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) version?
3. Is KIS licensed?
4. Please explain the "app hiding a permission  request for total control" issue?
5. Have you installed KIS?
6. Is the "permission" issue showing up during the install of KIS?
7. Or is the "permission" issue from another app?

Please let me know?

6. and 7.  No, After installation. KIS ask for total Control.

Thank you for replying, the information & the image👏

If KIS is not granted all permissions it will not work.

KIS must be granted total control. 

Regarding “Since an app is hiding a permission request, settings cannot confirm your response” 

1. May I have the OS version & build number please?
2. May I have the image from the very top of the screen to the very bottom of the screen please? 
3. Has Root access been granted on the phone? 
4. What other apps were installed prior to KIS?
5. Please download & install AIDA64, generate the Report, save & attach📎 to your reply please?

Additional to my previous reply:

• 1 Please reconfirm the KIS version?
• 2 In Asus Security, has Device administrators permission been granted to KIS?

  Open Settings → Security → Device administrators (the section names may vary in different Android versions).

 

• 4 In Asus Settings⚙ , what KIS permissions have been granted? 

• 5 Has the Asus been synchronised with (your) MyKaspersky account? 
• 6 If the issue persists, please uninstall & reinstall KIS, according to documented procedures.
