Hello @vardipoorm

Welcome!

  1. Uninstall Kaspersky Free, during the uninstall, (you'll) be asked to tick some check boxes, only tick *Save License Information* leave all other boxes blank / empty - continue with the uninstall.
  2. At the end of the uninstall make sure the computer is rebooted, shutdown & then restarted.
  3. Login.
  4. Download a new Kaspersky Free installer.
  5. Install Kaspersky Free.
  6. Make sure Kaspersky Free synchronizes with (your) MyKaspersky account.
  7. Run a manual Database update - allow it to complete.
  8. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login.
  9. Check the Kaspersky Free version & patch(x)?
  10. Check the Midori Kuma icon has been configured - How to configure the application icon.
  11. Check if, when using File explorer, the Midori Kuma icon shows?

Hello @vardipoorm

You're most welcome!

Thank you for posting back & the information!

The multiple File folder & Shortcut entries do not look right?

  1. What do you mean 'W11 X64 Pro Not activated'?

Thank you?

Hi @vardipoorm

Can you locate following file :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky 21.8\shellex.dll

Also, please check :
CCleaner > Startup > Context Menu >  ? "ShellEx.dll" : Disable / Enable ?
