Microsoft Store cannot connect while protection is on

  1. Version of your operating system : Windows 11 Home
  2. Name and version number of the Kaspersky application: Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391
  3. Explain in details the nature of your problem.
    1. When protection is on Microsoft Store will display connection failure
    2. when disabling protection I can open and connect to Microsoft Store without issue
