I have a canon IR ADV 400 printer/scanner and have installed the full software set including the Canon Network Scanner tool.  I cannot get the scanner to work with Microsoft Fax and Scan with Kaspersky running or when i reboot it breaks the connection.  I looked through all the settings and changed the network to trusted.   Looking for some assistance in getting this resolved. 

 

Product is Kaspersky Internet Security on Windows 10 Pro.
