Message: Error Starting Kaspersky VPN

I renewed my Kaspersky Internet Security to Kaspersky Plus today, it is installed on a Windows 10 OS. 

The OS is Windows 10 Home, Version 22H2, OS Build 19045.2486

Version of Kaspersky Plus 21.8.5.452

Chrome Version 109.0.5414.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)

When I try to start the VPN, I receive a repeating error message: Error Starting Kaspersky VPN

My PC meets all the hardware/software requirements. 

The VPN was installed as part of Kas Plus. 

There is really no information in the Userbase for this error message. 

Anybody  have any ideas on how to access the VPN supplied as part of the Plus package?
