I'm running Kaspersky Premium. A malicious file was accidentally installed. I immediately deleted two remote access programs that were installed upon execution of the file. I then tried to Disinfect and restart the computer, but after MANY attempts, the alert box appears... which I can't hide or remove making work on the computer difficult. I ran Eset (online scanner) to see if it could resolve the issue, and it didn't find it. How do I resolve this issue?

@JCW Welcome on the Forum.

[ MEM:Trojan.Win32.SEPEH.gen ] was detected in the system memory ,
please open CMD as Admin and run ‘ sfc / scannow ’ , also please install  available Windows Updates ?
