Manual task detected as Trojan.Multi.Gen.Autorun.Task.c

When I try to create a manual task to open a specific webpage daily at a specific time in Windows 10 Task Scheduler. KTS pops up and tells me I am infected with Trojan.Multi.Gen.Autorun.Task.c and give no options other than to disinfect. I could add an exception for Trojan.Multi.Gen.Autorun.Task.c but then if there is ever a real infection of Trojan.Multi.Gen.Autorun.Task.c ir will ignore it.

How can I create a task without the software detecting it as malware?
