Malware is not detected

Hello,

 

I have two malware samples that cannot be detected by KSC 21.3.10.391 (Patch F). I already contacted Kaspersky AntiVirus Lab (KL-1151457), they can’t do anything with the issue that I encountered and asked me to get assistance from the support team.

However, the malware samples have been tested 3 different Kaspersky applications on 3 devices with 2 KSC and 1 KIS.

Both files are already flagged as Untrusted by KSN.

I have received your information from here. Now KL china support team also know this issue and let virus analyses team review this case. They will reply to you.

I think there still have these kinds of samples that are bypassed by KSN. Anyway, thank you for your help.
