Malware

This message keeps coming up.  Kaspersky has not removed this Malware.  I have no idea what to do.  Heur:Trojan.Script.Generic

I am not tecky at all.  I keep running the disinfect and still keep getting this dam message.  Is my computer infected or what, and why hasen’t Kasdpersky got rid of the infected file

Can you please check your Kaspersky reports and post a screenshot from the detection with the full location path.

Could you tell me when this alert display, what do you do, view the website webpage or play a game or use a application or OS boot period ?
