Windows Mail seems to be unable to synchronize with the server. Could this be related to Kaspersky Protection?

  1. (please) Read before you create a new topic!
  2. Does Windows Mail  synchronize with the server if KTS is paused or exited
  3. Has Windows Mail ever synchronized with the server since KTS has been installed? 
  4. What happens when Windows mails does not  synchronize with the server - are there any errors, shows us full screen screen print(s), we need to see what you see please?
  5. Which Windows Mail version? 
  6. Which KTS version?

Please let us know?

Thank you for the fast response!

  1. Sorry, I had checked the base. Windows Pro 10, KTS 21.3.10.391 (g)
  2. I set Mail and Anti Virus to off, it still does not synchronize all my mail accounts.
  3. Yes, it has worked for months.
  4. This is the error message I receive: 0x80072726
  5. Version 16005.14326.20544.0
  6. KTS, password prot and VPN

Any ideas?

Above error code 0x80072726  is a Microsoft notification,
I don’t think Kaspersky is the cause of your problem 🤔  however please exit VPN ?

Hi Berny, thanks. The Microsoft error code may hint to kaspersky protection, that is why I posted it. VPN is off, was on for banking Yesterday and the problems seemed to start after that. So I thought there may be a connection.

You are welcome.
Please right click  the “K” icon in the System Tray  and exit temporary Kaspersky ?
Also please check : Kaspersky  → More Tools → Reports  ?
