Mac scans every day

Hi we're running into a problem on one mac:

 

• I've set the scan frequency to 7 days for this test
• Their device does a scan every day
• They cancel it because it's eating resources
• The next day at 9am it scans.
• ... ad infinitum

 

We've worked together to figure out why, but we've come up empty. I though disabling skipped tasks might help, but no. I've created them a custom "developer" profile for just them which doesn't run any scans or anything - but it still runs the daily scan.

 

I asked them to update to the latest available version of kaspersky on secure cloud - still runs daily, even with a recent virus db and recent connection to the server (so it should have the configs!).

 

Any suggestions?
