Mac OS Kaspersky has blocked internet access for 3rd party apps such as Firefox and Steam

Hello, as I wrote In the title, since installing Kaspersky total security my 3rd party apps like Firefox steam and other installations that I have attempted fail to run, showing a warning message noting that there isn't any internet access. I checked my Mac OS firewall and even manually added an exception for the above mentioned apps but still nothing happened. I even disabled protection temporarily and nothing happened. my next move is to uninstall Kaspersky and try but that won't fix anything, as im sure when I install it again it will be the same.

Any thoughts?

 

EDIT: I uninstalled Kaspersky and everything is working fine. so I have verified that its Kaspersky causing the trouble
