I installed Kaspersky in our staff computers but the applications deleted our billing software 

I install the application from the server

In our company we use a software call NQ Billing system.

The moment I install this application, Kaspersky deletes it

KIS is not a business product - therefore the wrong section.

But I would definitely recommend you to switch to a current version of KIS

Hi,

Moved to the correct section.

Please update to the last version of KIS (How @alexcad said to you) and also send the “deleted” file to Kaspersky Threat Intelligence portal for review, perhaps is a false positive.

You can also create an exclusion, review this: https://support.kaspersky.com/12160

Only if you are sure than is a false positive.
