Link of ipgrabber online can be malicious? [Closed]

I've tried to test my self one ipgrabber i've created for me, i've click on my link and now my question is... Can be an ipgrabber link online created of grabify (site, no .exe) be infected? My AV don't show me alerts. Just NoScript show me an advise of attempt of XSS. Thank you.
