Hello JeffG.DLAN. Welcome. Limit "web access", using KIS to do so, is that the goal? --- Please tell us:
  1. Operating full name? version? & build?
  2. Kaspersky software:
  3. Free or licensed?
  4. Version?
  5. Patch(x)? x = letter
---' Kaspersky free software has limitations, without know your software it's very difficult to give you specific guidance. KIS inbuilt Parental Control, can be used to set access/time allowed config. --- KIS 2020, licensed Parental Control, has been replaced by Kaspersky Safe Kids, KSK PREMIUM is supposed to be a replica of KPC, with more ? & whistles, however, I've only checked KTS, so unable to confirm. KSK free is not a replica of KPC. Please post back with more info on your objective and 1. to 5. Thanks. KIS documentation (library) ref: https://help.kaspersky.com/KIS/2020/en-US/87342.htm

Hello JeffG.DLAN, Thanks for posting back. You can configure KIS 2019 using Parental Control to achieve the goal. Using Parental Control Proceeding to the Parental Control settings Controlling computer use Controlling Internet use Controlling startup of games and applications Monitoring message contents Viewing the report on a user's activity Thanks
