I am using KES Cloud with an EDR Optimum trial license. When I installed the distribution package in Windows 7, Keswin does not fetch the license from KES Cloud, and a message appears in KesWin 12.6 indicating that the application is not activated. However, some of my workstations are connected to KES Cloud and their licenses are automatically activated. How to solve that.

Hello,

please check the Windows 7 client has really a connection to the cloud server by using CMD as an Administrator and running tool "KLNAGCHK.EXE" from Network Agent installation folder. Make sure no 3rd Party Firewall is blocking it:

If the connection cannot be done, i.e. because of SSL or Certificate errors recreate the package as described here and check again:
