License Is Missing, Exceeded maximum amount of activations.

Welcome!

  • In (your) MyKaspersky account, is the License still associated with the computer?
  • Since reinstalling KTS, has the computer been rebooted using Shutdown, not Restart? 
  • In Kaspersky Total Security application select License is missing, add the activation code, select Activate - see image
  • Also, In Kaspersky Total Security application, select My Kaspersky, then sign into (your) MyKaspersky account, so the Kaspersky Total Security application synchronizes with your account.

  • Thank you for replying and for the image👌
  • For "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" error, you must contact Kaspersky Technical Support to reset the activation counter; unfortunately, the Kaspersky Community cannot fix this specific problem.
  • On the Support page, select your location, then select from the options available: Phone (not available all locations), Online Chat (not available all locations), or submit a request (via your MyKaspersky account) - see image as a guide to fill in the online request; make sure you include:  the email address you entered when the license was purchased, a screenshot or a copy of the email which shows the activation code, the image you’ve shared in your reply and a detailed history:
