license for 10 devices. Can you manage which computers use the license?

I have to share the license for 10 clients, can Kaspersky identify which device is using the license, in order to remove any unauthorized device that is using the same license?

The answer is 'no', but the number of activations is limited.

I want to use your product, but I am always removing OS installs and rebuilding machines. Only 10 activations would be used in a short time. 
Some intelligent way of removing licences from machines that are no more is needed as with Office 365 - I can just remove the device from the list. 
I hope you do this soon.

Also, I am looking for a VPN service that is not based in the UK, US or other such 5 eyes country.
Do you have anything decent Kaspersky? Now is the time to roll it out as we can see the BS very clearly right now and who not to trust.
