Licence Renewed from MyKaspersky account, but 30 minute later, no email or ther is nothing on the kaspersky account.

HI All,

I renewed my Kaspersky Licence from my kaspersky account. But until now I did not receive any email or ther is nothing on the kaspersky account. Only availble proof is the deduction in my bank account. The time upto now is about 30min.

 

Apprecuate someone could help me on this.

• Please check junk mail folder, sometimes emails may go there.
• Also, sometimes there may be a delay with the email, wait at least 24hrs, if still no email, follow the What to do if you did not receive the activation code after buying a Kaspersky application guidelines.
