VPN was not working so i decided to go for the new version, by removing the old one first

i've spent the past 2 days trying to install the app, but installation is stuck at the end with the below msg ( in the picture)

'please make sure you're connected to the internet to complete"

i used Kaspersky remover before reinstalling, disabled firewall, antivirus, defender, tried my phone as hotspot, .... nothing works, it's stuck ( left it a few hours a few times !)

Can i get the old version back?????  or how do i fix this ?

HELP !!!
