This has only started happening with the 11.8 update to endpoint security

when you try to login to the idrive app it reports "sendfailure" on the app screen (its not sending the MFA request).

If i pause protection - everything is fine.

Please help.

Did you added the app to the exclusions ?

If yes and the problem remains, please, open a ticket here.

I have added this:

%ProgramFiles(x86)%\IDriveWindows\

In the Virus Scan Exclusions tab - and selected File/Folder and all sub folders.

do i need to tick any of the processes at the bottom of the screen?

Have i added it in the correct place - the instructions are not clear?

I reinstalled IDrive and it worked again.
