Large # of PC's not posting [Closed]

As of 01-12-20 we have been recieving a large # of laptops that will not turn on. Most of these I can just perform a hard reset on by removing the battery holding the power button for 30 sec’s and then booting up. Although even after this is done, they are returning with the same issues. After I have reset each system I perform all Microsoft updates and all of the updates listed by the manufacturer, Including the firmware.

 

I was just wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue. and if there is a cure.

Additional to @richbuff, as the topic is in KIS category, presumably KIS is installed?

 As the issue is impacting a “large number of PCs”, in the same physical environment, & you can track the issue beginning on a specific date, (imo) there’s many obvious things (for you) to check🤔

• Please provide a GSI & Windows Logs, for each impacted device, upload the zip folders to cloud & post back the links please?
