Windows 10 home 21h1

Kaspersky internet security 21.3.10.391©

The problem is that whenever windows starts installing updates in background and disk usage shoots 100%, kaspersky lab launcher come into picture and it also starts consuming more disk usage ~ 10 mb/s (showing top of the list with reddish orange when sorted by disk), hence, slowing down the installation speed of the updates and hence my lappy starts hanging. This is irrespective of the version and it was present in earlier versions also. Rest most of the period the laptop runs very smoothly, as windows provides updates monthly. And, I know I should use ssd instead of a 5400 rpm hdd, but if kaspersky hunts the disk more and more during critical times (like updates) than it should be fixed. Also, I want to know why it consumes so much disk only while installing updates. Sorry, but, I can’t reproduce the issue and snip a screenshot.
