Language options

I have just renewed my kapersky anti virus, but as I live in France. (35 years) I did not get an "option" for the language. I prefer English (My native tongue). Don't you guys travel? How do I now get an version that is in English?

L' option "Change language" n'est pas disponible , veuillez désinstaller votre version FR et installer la version EN.
Quelle produit Kaspersky utilisez-vous ?

A "Change language" option is not available, please uninstall your FR version and install the EN version.
Which Kaspersky product are you running ?

The older version for Sierra. Due to Adobe subscription policies, I delayed updating my mac, (to use earlier paid for versions).

The problem is that there wasn't an English version, as the country of residence is France.

Do I have to say that my country of residence is the UK, to get a different version.?
