KTS wont auto start even though i have start at startup on

Hello, even though I have “start automatically at startup” ticked, it doesn’t show up in my Startup tab on Task Manager and doesn’t start upon signing into my desktop, I always have to click the icon on my task bar for it to start.

Other than it not starting at startup, it still works properly with scanning and protection. How long should it usually take on OS startup for KTS to launch automatically?

Also, the KTS process itself starts up at startup (i see the shield icon in my hidden icons), the actual application just requires me to click on it to open it.

Please describe what you anticipate seeing. Is the issue that the program user interface window does not automatically open up by itself?

like the program UI (scan, your computer is protected, safe money, etc) it also doesn’t happen on my laptop, so is this intended?

It has been this way forever. That is, when computer starts, the main program window is not supposed to appear on your desktop screen. Millions of computers, when turned on and started, do not have applications and programs that open up on the desktop screen. The program is running, but it does not take over your screen.
