KTS blocking debit card verification when paying online

Hello Community, I have a problem: when I pay with my Mastercard Debit, as a 2step verification Mastercard Securecode opens but kaspersky blocks it as an unsafe website! I click "I understand the risks and wish to continue" but then again it says unsafe and so on. I highly doubt a banking verification would be unsafe; it has a certificate and when I turn off kaspersky Chrome says it is secure? I cannot provide an image because I have already paid what I wanted by turning of kaspersky for couple of minutes... Thank you in advance

Hello brendox Welcome!
  1. Can you provide the name of the portal that's getting blocked please?
  2. Is this happening on all 3 of your devices?
  3. Can you go to KIS REPORTS, find the events that match the blocking, export the 24 hrs report & upload, using the "upload icon" in your reply?
  4. Have you added the site to "exclusions"?
Please let us know? Thanks.

It is getting blocked on all portals that require "2 step" Securecode, cannot confirm is it on all devices as I made only one payment since I bought KTS. This is an example how it looks like, only different bank (not Zagrebačka banka but HPB). Can you go to KIS REPORTS, find the events that match the blocking, export the 24 hrs report & upload, using the "upload icon" in your reply? It has been more than 24 hours since I have made the payment, but I will make another purchase today and provide the report. Have you added the site to "exclusions"? No, because I do not think it is possible as the URL when displaying Securecode window is always different. And why would I? Then I would be unprotected while making the payment:disappointed_relieved:

Hello brendox, Thanks for posting back.
  1. Can you go to the REPORTS where the events are logged, export that report & upload please?
  2. Re: Blocked where ever Securecode is required, is it absolutely every site that has 2FA?
  3. Is it actually 2FA or something else?
  4. Do you retrieve the code from an authenticator?
  5. Can you tell me how 2 step - Securecode is set up please?
  6. Have a read of the purpose of exclusions - https://help.kaspersky.com/KTS/2020/en-US/87342.htm
Best regards

Just made one payment on a1.hr which requires SecureCode, this appeared: After clicking on "blocked by mistake" the message appeared: Neispravan zahtjev (Invalid request). When I disabled Kaspersky, I managed for Securecode to appear and made the payment with success. Here is the report, uploaded: https://jumboiskon.tportal.hr/dl/e7530e05-8daf-494f-8bf4-da49ff68db13 Mastercard Securecode is set up by going to a phone app where I click - one-time password (up on the image i posted before "Jednokratna zaporka in Croatian") and I type it in the requested field. No, not every site has Securecode, only some. Depends. Thank you:slight_smile:

I noticed you might need the report in .csv format, so here it is: https://jumboiskon.tportal.hr/dl/db39b82a-4fb3-452f-b568-7f13fcb7a7bc Sorry for the delay, Flood!

Hello brendox , No worries & thank you.
  1. Does this happen irrespective of which browser id used?
  2. Please extract the report (for 24 hours) & from the dropdown list - select the category that shows the block detection only please? Export & save as a text file, or .csv, both can be uploaded directly in your reply, using the upload icon.
----
  1. Also, can you please contact Tech Support, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/HR, provide the analysis you've done, the data, the images, KTS version & patch(x) x = letter, Windows opsys version and build & and include the following link please:

Hi brendox! Based on the screenshot that you provided, this is a false positive case and this should be removed in the list of sites that kaspersky thinks is a phishing website. I would suggest contacting support for kaspersky and follow the steps below: 1. Please scan the full URL at: https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com and take a screenshot of the result. 2. As you proceed with the payment, are you required to login? If so, please get a copy of the page in *.HTM or .HTML* along with the exact URL of the part of the site that has been blocked. To get the *.HTM or .HTML* copy
  1. Repeat the issue until you get to the part that kaspersky blocks the page.
  2. Right click anywhere on the page.
  3. Click on "View page source"
  4. Copy everything that you see on the next page and save it on a notepad and save it on your desktop.
Once you have the *.HTM or .HTML* file, you can submit a ticket at https://my.kaspersky.com/techsupport#/requests Or you can chat with support at: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/ and choose your region. Regards,
