KTS Backup not connecting to Dropbox

Unable to back up. I logged on to Dropbox and there are no issues. I tried to connect to KTS backup storage and it logs on to Dropbox but I get the following. The last successful backup was 12/21

Has anyone else had similar problems?

Never mind. Evidently when I logged into Dropbox, that fixed the problem. When I tried to add storage I didn’t realize the Kaspersky Dropbox storage was already connected so that’s why I got the message could not logon to Online storage. When I tried to do another backup, there was nothing to backup  so no files were backed up.
